Role Summary: This is a full-time temporary position that encompasses a blend of reception duties and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Welcome individuals and facilitate communication with staff and contractors.
  • Assist Probation Practitioners with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Drafting correspondence
    • Managing case allocations
    • Overseeing enforcement administration
    • Coordinating assessments
    • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including financial record-keeping.
  • Organize and manage the availability of necessary equipment and materials for case management activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for specialized areas of work as required.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain appropriate financial records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide effective reception and telephone inquiry services.
  • Address any inappropriate or aggressive behavior in accordance with office protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
