Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment and Talent Assistant to support our People Team in managing the entire in-house recruitment process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment & Talent Coordinator in managing vacancies, supporting and managing candidates through the on-boarding process, and assisting with recruitment events, general HR tasks, and occasionally covering reception.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Recruitment & Talent Coordinator in managing the entire in-house recruitment process, including managing vacancies and supporting candidates through the on-boarding process.
- Assist with recruitment events, general HR tasks, and occasionally cover reception.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company culture and values to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment & Talent Coordinator to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Ambitious, energetic, and dedicated individual with at least 1 year of HR admin and in-house recruitment experience.
- Level 3 CIPD qualified.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and previous experience using an ATS.
- Excellent attention to detail and high-level administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, balance priorities, and contribute to a wider HR team.
