Recruitment Specialist

Our client, Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Internal Recruiter to join their team. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Operations Centres and Head Office functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
- Monitor advertisement responses, make decisions on required actions, and engage with recruitment agencies to source the best candidates.
- Schedule and support telephone and face-to-face interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with candidates on queries, offers of employment, and provide feedback from interviews.
- Assist in first-day inductions for Head Office facilities and support recruitment-related events as required.
- Coordinate and deliver assessment days, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Previous experience in a recruitment role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and right-to-work checks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Great attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and objectives.
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
