We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, expanding our customer base, and increasing sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Actively seek out potential clients and industries in need of cleaning and janitorial supplies, leveraging market research and industry trends to inform your approach.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the cleaning, janitorial, or related industry.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the region is an advantage, but not required.
  • Valid Driving License: Required for travel within the region.
