About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business relationships and the expansion of existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make up to 200 calls per day to prospective customers to qualify potential new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to cultivate interest in our company's products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Manage leads and sales activity using a CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Achieve individual and departmental goals by working towards daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience in a commercial, sales-focused role or a strong desire to work in this field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Organized with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with technology and investment businesses is desirable but not essential.
