Retail Store Manager

We're seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive commercial success in our Westerham store. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding the commercial and community strategies, leading your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Empower your team to deliver outstanding service and promote the Co-op difference to customers and members.
- Build a positive and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.
- Develop your team through regular performance conversations and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
- Ensure the store is safe, legal, and operational, and manage commercial performance to drive growth and profitability.
- Recruit and manage a high-performing team, and oversee HR processes to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
You'll need experience in guiding and developing teams, working in a fast-paced service environment, and possessing strong problem-solving and analytical skills. In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, great benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
