About the Role
We're seeking a Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional store standards and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in running the store, leading by example and driving a strong sense of teamwork.
- Assist with maintaining excellent store standards and consistently delivering KPIs.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing talent and training them to achieve success.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to maximise store performance and drive sales growth.

Requirements
- Management experience within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Experience managing medium to large-sized teams.
- A history of working towards and successfully delivering KPIs.
- Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
