Events Coordination Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Events Operations Team Members at IHG - Kimpton Charlotte Square Edinburgh to showcase your authentic self and foster genuine connections with our guests.
Please note, we are currently offering 20-hour per week permanent positions and 8-hour per week fixed-term roles.
Flexibility is essential, as additional shifts may be required during peak times, with potential hours ranging from 30 to 40 per week during busy periods.
What are the key responsibilities of an Events Operations Team Member? Your primary duties will include assisting in the setup and breakdown of events, which may involve handling heavy equipment such as tables and chairs, ensuring that all events run smoothly. You will be engaged in a variety of events, including festive gatherings, weddings, conferences, and meetings, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

- Experience in roles such as Waiter/Waitress, Bartender, Events Host, or Server.
- Flexible working hours, including late finishes and early starts, with weekend availability being crucial.
