Overview:
This position is perfect for an individual passionate about events and marketing, seeking to gain valuable experience in both areas. You will be responsible for the planning, promotion, and execution of both digital and in-person events.


We are looking to hire a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is based in a lively office environment.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Head of Events, contributing to the growth of our events division through webinars and events that meet established KPIs.
- Manage the coordination of webinars and event projects from start to finish, ensuring maximum return on investment from all event-related activities, which may require attendance at events outside of standard hours.
- Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the Lead Marketing and Events Executive, aligning with business goals.
- Assist the creative team with the production of presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team and partners, leveraging their expertise to meet deadlines.
- Help design and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new clients and expanding existing relationships, including gathering campaign data for analysis.
- Support external public relations efforts through press releases, online presence, and social media engagement.
- Utilize software tools such as Marketo and Mailchimp to create weekly newsletters and various email communications.
- Provide ongoing project management and logistical support for events and podcasts.
- Assist the marketing team with key projects as required.
- Manage branded merchandise, overseeing inventory, placing orders, and coordinating shipping as necessary to ensure consistent branding.
- Organize internal communications and marketing activities and events.
- Support administrative tasks related to event management.
