Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 DOE

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a 2nd Line IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients across various industries in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the 1st Line IT Engineer to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical support interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum experience in an IT environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of virtualization, cloud services, and networking technologies
