About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the care and nursing teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Oversee the management of medication and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to your unit
  • Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication

Requirements:

  • First-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work confidently on your own initiative
