Recovery Worker - Continuing Care

We Are With You is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Recovery Team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients after they have left structured treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting Post-Treatment Support: You will work closely with clients attending recovery Hubs, outreach venues, and events to promote post-treatment options and support their recovery journey.
  • Providing Information and Guidance: You will provide clients with information and guidance on post-treatment options, helping them to increase their confidence in accessing further support and gaining the recovery capital to maintain their goals.
  • Client Support and Engagement: You will maintain regular contact with post-treatment clients through face-to-face appointments, telephone calls, and emails, and hold a small caseload of clients, including data recording and reviews.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: You will adhere to strict client confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding policies, and maintain an up-to-date calendar of all planned activities, interventions, and client administration time.
