About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Casual Recovery Worker to join our team at Derwent Square, a mental health project providing supported housing to 5 residents. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to develop personalized support plans, empowering them to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote recovery and independence
  • Provide practical assistance with daily living skills, medication management, and peer support
  • Facilitate access to community resources, including education, employment, and leisure opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
