We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Specialist to join our team at Richmond Fellowship. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their aspirations
  • Provide guidance and support in domestic and financial management skills
  • Assist individuals in accessing work, leisure, and educational opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with a team to provide a comprehensive support service
  • Participate in a weekly rota system and be available for on-call duties

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided
  • Candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience are welcome
  • A caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others are essential
