Key Responsibilities:
- Design System Ownership: You will be responsible for owning and enhancing our Design System, ensuring it is scalable and adaptable to meet the needs of our global user base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional design teams to understand user requirements and commercial needs, ensuring that our designs meet the needs of both our customers and the business.
- Design Development: You will create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and refine designs.
- Research and Testing: You will lead user research initiatives to inform and validate design directions, and design and conduct robust A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
- Design Leadership: You will work closely with the development team to provide necessary annotations and design specifications, and drive the digital design strategy, working closely with the brand design team.
