About the Role

The Brand Experience Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening the brand's presence across all channels and touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring brand guidelines are consistently enforced across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Coordinating the digital elements of brand campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Tracking brand and business metrics and contributing to overall marketing and business reports.
  • Managing the creation and rollout of content across social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and delivery against KPIs.
  • Implementing and managing email campaigns aligned with overall campaigns and brand identity.
  • Updating websites to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, including tone of voice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in content and digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools including website CMS.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative content.
  • Proven results in creating social content and building communities.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools, such as GA4.
  • Experience in SEO and PPC would be beneficial.
