Position: Operations Delivery Leader

Location: Toryglen - Glasgow

Salary: £39,622 - £41,708 per annum

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are seeking an Operations Delivery Leader to join our Planned Works team in Glasgow. In this role, you will oversee multiple sites throughout Glasgow, managing a team of up to 20 skilled operatives across various trades. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the operatives for repairs and installations, as well as organizing the team to address all properties in the region, including responding to emergencies as they occur. A company vehicle will be provided, and there will be opportunities for career advancement within Sanctuary Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising repair and refurbishment projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
  • Evaluating completed work to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient material usage.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Addressing customer complaints and service disruptions to meet expectations.
  • Collaborating with team members to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • To comply with health and safety legislation, candidates must possess NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject and ILM membership (or be in the process of obtaining this qualification). Candidates with lower qualifications but relevant practical experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Recent experience in a similar role, ideally within building maintenance or facilities management.
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation application.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage workload priorities.
  • Electrical qualifications are a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A valid UK driving license is required for driving company vehicles.

Interview Process:

Candidates will need to present original certification verifying their qualifications during the interview. Copies and CSCS cards will not be accepted.
