Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties Include:

  • Organizing clinical correspondence and prioritizing tasks as instructed
  • Managing routine administrative functions and basic clinical responsibilities
  • Scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and coordinating follow-up care
  • Aiding in patient preparation and conducting preliminary assessments
  • Performing tasks such as urine tests, blood draws, and blood pressure monitoring
  • Upholding confidentiality and complying with data protection regulations

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualifications Include:

  • 2 GCSEs at grade A-C in English and Maths
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to pursue Level 3 or equivalent
  • A strong commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Willingness to work towards GPA certification
