Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical staff in the management of medication review and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clinical staff in the management of medication review and patient care
  • Rotate between PACE centers to provide support and services
  • Organize and manage medication inventory and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Current valid and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license from the MA Board of Registration in Pharmacy required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM.
