Position Overview

We are seeking skilled hospitality professionals to take on the role of Hospitality Team Supervisor at Benugo.

This position involves leading a dedicated team within a vibrant environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team in a food and beverage setting, managing between 3 to 16 staff members.
  • Demonstrating a minimum of 6 months' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality sector.
  • Facilitating the serving of food, beverages, and non-alcoholic options to a large audience.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction throughout service.
  • Adhering to food safety regulations consistently.
  • Work Schedule:
    • Fixed shifts across five days a week, including weekends.
  • Compensation at a rate of £13.90 per hour, with weekly payments.
  • Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week after a successful probation period.

Note: Applicants must be available for all specified shifts on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality is essential, along with a positive attitude, commitment to exceeding guest expectations, and strong teamwork skills.
