Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Assistant

HealthNet Homecare is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Assistant to join our Quality Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our homecare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of Pharmacovigilance activities within the Business, undertaking day-to-day PV reporting to HealthNet's pharmaceutical company partners in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer and client expectations and needs are met in a timely and efficient manner in relation to Pharmacovigilance.
  • Support HealthNet colleagues in their understanding, identification, and reporting of Adverse Events and other patient safety information.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills, with a high level of IT competence and ability to work confidently across the full Microsoft Office suite of applications and in other cloud-based third-party applications.
  • GCSE or equivalent pass in Maths and English Language.
  • Previous experience of working in NHS, Pharmacy homecare, or another pharmacy setting, with knowledge of GxP and operating within a Quality Management System.
