About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Options Barton School in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for managing our in-house therapy services and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.

The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a related field, and will be registered with the relevant professional body. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.

As a Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students, and contributing to staff training and consultation. You will also be responsible for holding the therapy caseload and working collaboratively with our Clinical Team to ensure the integration of our services.

We are looking for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, manage their own workload, and supervise others. If you are passionate about working with vulnerable individuals and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services, we would love to hear from you.
