About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Senior Pain Clinician to join our team at Connect Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pain management services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective and sensitive pain management to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualized pain management plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and circumstances.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical team standards and protocols, ensuring compliance with CQC requirements.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pain management, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Professional registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and their application in pain management.
