About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Pain Specialist Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals and groups to deliver effective and sensitive pain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pain management services to individuals and groups as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Promote patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies
  • Ensure pain management is focused on individual patient needs
  • Contribute to clinical team development and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of psychological approaches to pain management
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience and interest in chronic pain management
  • NMC or HCPC professional registration
  • Background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy
  • Prior experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques
