Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary aim of this position is to deliver operational and administrative assistance to senior management, while simultaneously driving and implementing long-term strategic transformations and addressing intricate challenges encountered in their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execution of the Target Operating Model, overseeing business growth, and managing the allocation of both financial and non-financial resources, while providing strategic insights and leadership.
  • Offering strategic support and oversight for the demand pipeline and project portfolio, including aiding in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives, research, and analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Guiding operational efficiency and enhancing colleague/customer/client experiences within the organization, identifying improvement opportunities, streamlining workflows, and applying best practices to boost productivity and effectiveness.
  • Overseeing talent management, including succession planning, identifying high-potential team members, and providing mentorship, as well as supporting leadership development and diversity initiatives.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing communication channels, and ensuring effective collaboration across various departments and teams.
  • Participating in compliance activities such as regulatory registrations and certifications, while supporting crisis management and risk mitigation efforts, including developing contingency plans and coordinating responses to emergencies.
  • Managing all organizational/team requirements related to technology, real estate, personnel, and communications in collaboration with relevant partners across the organization.
  • Facilitating oversight of risk management and compliance with both internal and external standards, including governance on critical control activities in partnership with the Compliance and Control Office.
  • Monitoring cost control and workforce management within the Business/Function, involving financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and tracking financial performance against established targets.

  • Manage risk and enhance controls related to your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Continuously develop an understanding of how your sub-function integrates with the overall function, along with knowledge of the organization's products, services, and processes.
  • Demonstrate awareness of how various areas coordinate to achieve the objectives of the organization.
  • Make evaluative judgments based on factual information, paying close attention to detail.
  • Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical knowledge, guided by established precedents.
  • Guide and persuade team members while communicating complex or sensitive information.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders outside the immediate function, building a network of contacts both within and outside the organization.
