The Role of a Branch Operations Manager

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will cultivate strong customer relationships within your location, providing rental solutions with a diverse range of high-quality products and equipment across various construction service sectors. Responsibilities of the Branch Operations Manager

  • Overseeing the dedicated area within our partner Builder's Merchant, assisting customers with their rental needs while promoting additional services
  • Establishing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Supporting key sales initiatives and strategies to achieve branch KPIs while fostering an innovative and forward-thinking approach

Working Hours

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from (Opening Time) to (Closing Time), and Saturday from (Opening Time) to (Closing Time), with an additional day off during the week for every two Saturday shifts worked.
