Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work with our leading main contractor in the social housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating project updates and resolving issues with residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep residents informed about project progress and communicate updates and any alterations to the schedule.
  • Provide assistance with Property Condition Audits with residents for each property on the project.
  • Maintain meticulous records and safeguard residents' contact information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

This is a permanent position based in Slough/Brent, and we offer a competitive package to the right candidate.
