Amazon Marketplace Manager

At I Love My Job Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead our international expansion and optimisation efforts on Amazon and other growing marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Amazon Account Management: Serve as a key contact for all Amazon-related activity, leading daily operations to maintain profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Expansion of Amazon, Marketplaces & Social Commerce: Develop and implement strategies for expanding our brand's presence on Amazon into international markets, including market analysis, product localisation, and fulfilment optimisation.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilise digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on Amazon and other platforms, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Business Reporting and Insights: Monitor business trends and performance metrics through insightful reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Behaviour Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer shopping and purchasing behaviour on Amazon and other sites to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhanced engagement and conversion.
  • Legal: Proactively identify copycat products and unauthorised sellers on all platforms, conducting thorough investigations and collaborating with Amazon's support team to resolve issues related to intellectual property infringement and unauthorised use of brand assets.
  • Administration: Manage Amazon's revenue protection, defending fraudulent A-Z claims and credit card chargebacks on alternatively fulfilled items in a timely manner, with a high success rate.
  • Marketplace Management and Expansion: Oversee day-to-day operations of existing marketplaces for optimal product visibility, pricing, and inventory management, analysing market research to identify new potential marketplaces and developing strategies for expansion.
  • Stock Forecasting & Inventory Management: Manage the overall company stock forecasting for both online and offline retailers, collating insights and data to inform stock control practices and support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 years Amazon experience, with experience of 1P and 3P, management of ad campaigns on the Amazon platform, international expansion, and management of social commerce sites such as TikTok or Instagram. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform trading strategies, strong communication and presentation skills, and a passion for problem-solving and proactive approach to driving growth through innovative strategies.
