As the Amazon + Marketplace Manager at I Love My Job Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and optimising sales performance on global Amazon platforms. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute strategies that enhance the brand's presence and sales performance, overseeing existing markets and launching new markets and platforms.

This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's business model and organisation, translating brand and product strategies into winning Amazon plans. You will also be responsible for listing and maximising sales on other leading marketplaces and social commerce platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Amazon Account Management:

  • Lead daily operations of the Amazon business to maintain profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the creation and management of high-quality Amazon product pages to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and supply chain optimisation strategies for products on the Amazon platform.
  • Design and implement promotional calendars to accelerate growth on Amazon.

Expansion of Amazon, Marketplaces, and Social Commerce:

Drive business growth by expanding the brand's presence on Amazon, other leading marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.
