- Engage with children in Nursery and Reception
- Facilitate Phonics, Spelling, Reading, and Writing activities
- Assist with general classroom responsibilities
- Support children with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required
- Provide both individual and group booster sessions
- Possess a Level 2 or 3 CACHE Qualification in Childcare
- Hold a Level 6 qualification or degree in Childcare or Education
- Understand the EYFS curriculum
- Have experience in a school setting or private nursery
- Exhibit a passion for working with young children
- Collaborate effectively within a team
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
