We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care Careers. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our care home, Fairburn Mews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
- Manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to drive quality and maintain high standards of care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
