We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic leader to join our team as an Assistant Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and inspirational individual to take the next step in their leadership career.
The successful candidate will provide professional leadership and management of areas of responsibility, working in partnership with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. Your application should demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and experience, and explain how you will contribute to a senior leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have substantial senior or middle leadership experience in a secondary school, with a strong track record of success and impact. They will also have experience of leadership of whole school initiatives, and be able to analyse and evaluate data to improve outcomes for pupils.
We are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire confidence in pupils, and manage conflict and think creatively to solve problems. The successful candidate will also have a deep knowledge and clear understanding of educational legislation, new innovations, and developments.
The role offers a comprehensive package of wellbeing support, and the opportunity to work with a team of in-house wellbeing experts, counsellors, nurses, and physiotherapists.
