Your ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our dedicated team, you will assist 42 young individuals in managing their tenancies. Our focus is on providing support to those aged 16-25 in the Glasgow area, helping them navigate their finances, appointments, and living situations.
Your role will involve:
- Delivering personalized support on a one-on-one basis.
- Facilitating group activities and workshops.
- Promoting positive role modeling and ensuring that each young person's voice is acknowledged.
- Encouraging healthy lifestyles and access to community resources.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 39 hours per week. Shifts may vary between 9-5 or 11-7, with a commitment of working one weekend every three weeks. Sleepover shifts may be included on a rotational basis, compensated at the hourly rate.
