European Transport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced European Transport Client Coordinator to join our team at Freightserve, a leading Freight Forwarding and Shipping company established in 1992.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the export/import processes for road freight shipments, ensuring compliance with EU customs procedures and paperwork requirements.
- Plan and coordinate transport routes and daily schedules for Europe, optimizing costs and profitability.
- Coordinate with customers, office staff, and drivers to arrange customer collections, packing services, and deliveries.
- Communicate with sales and operations teams, providing administration assistance and supporting the business as needed.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the growth and success of Freightserve.
- Proven track record and knowledge of domestic and European transport operations and planning.
- Good knowledge of current EU transport legislation and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a flexible approach to work and ability to manage priorities.
- Commercially focused, with experience of dealing with high-end clients and goods.
