Freightserve, a leading Freight Forwarding and Shipping company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior European Transport Client Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage export/import processes for road freight shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Plan and coordinate transport routes and daily schedules for Europe, optimizing fleet efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate customer collections, packing services, and deliveries, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Work closely with customers and office staff to plan routes, schedule delivery times, and coordinate drivers, agency drivers, and vehicles.
  • Coordinate with customs for clearance and manage customs entry exceptions, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
  • Manage EU airfreight and EU road courier shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Discuss and resolve client/supplier problems and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record and knowledge of domestic and European transport operations and planning.
  • Good knowledge of current EU transport legislation and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to consider end-to-end costs and optimize logistics operations.
