Director of Critical Care and Trauma Networks

The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill the position of Director of Critical Care and Trauma Networks. This is a senior clinical leadership role that requires a strong background in critical care and trauma services, as well as experience in strategic leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Critical Care and Trauma Networks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and reduce unwarranted variation in practice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the NHS and other healthcare organizations to ensure seamless care pathways and coordination.
- Provide leadership and oversight to the network team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners, providers, and other network leaders.
- Extensive experience in critical care and trauma services, with a strong background in clinical leadership and management.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic plans and improving patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
