About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. As a key member of our Consulting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in implementing change throughout the lifecycle of their most challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in articulating and achieving their strategic goals through business transformation and digital strategy development.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to fully understand their business objectives and challenges, identifying risks, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide strategic advice and deliver innovative solutions to help customers navigate complex strategic challenges.
  • Develop and implement new business structures, develop business cases, and provide regulatory and policy advice to support customer success.
  • Build trusted relationships with public sector customers and provide briefing, advice, and support to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in business transformation, digital strategy, and/or national security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High-level UK security clearance.
