About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in implementing change throughout the lifecycle of their most challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers in articulating and achieving their strategic goals
  • Assist in designing and implementing new business structures
  • Develop business cases and provide regulatory and policy advice
  • Build trusted relationships with public sector customers
  • Provide strategic advice in an objective manner, delivering innovative solutions to help our customers through complex strategic challenges

Requirements

  • Experience in the digital, technology, and/or cyber domains
  • Ability to design and implement new business structures
  • Strong business case development skills
  • Regulatory and policy expertise
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
