About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team at Gleeson Homes. As a key member of our Organizational Development team, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing training and development needs across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the business and align with our company values.
  • Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver training programs to employees across the business, using a range of techniques and approaches.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Talent Development: Work with line managers to identify and develop high-potential employees, providing coaching and mentoring to support their career development.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to ensure the continued success of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a Learning and Development role, with a strong track record of delivering training programs and developing talent.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training delivery methods, and evaluation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as Education, Training, or Human Resources.
