Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Provisioning Coordinator to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing orders, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from receipt to completion, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with customers, business partners, and suppliers to resolve order queries and amendments.
  • Coordinate jobs and arrange engineer visits to ensure efficient and effective installation and maintenance.
  • Deal with order rejections and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecoms industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
