Service Desk Engineer
Reporting to:Service Desk Team Leader
Focus of the Role:As a key member of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your role will involve providing expert guidance and assistance to resolve technical issues, as well as escalating complex problems to senior team members. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and expertise.
