Job Title: Waiter - Central London

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at The Langham, London. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner
  • Prepare buffet offerings and ensure they are presented well
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
  • Provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
  • Personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
  • Maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
  • Create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Strong interest and passion for food & beverage
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
  • Immaculate personal presentation
