Job Title: Head Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Supervisor in a similar establishment
  • Excellent training, coaching, and delegation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a focus on upselling and improving sales
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
  • Able to serve and clear tables efficiently
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and Point of Sale software
