About the Role

Circle Square Talent is seeking a skilled Debt Origination Specialist to join our team. As a Debt Origination Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality lending opportunities to publicly listed companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and originating debt financing opportunities for publicly listed companies
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate lending space
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on potential lending opportunities
  • Structuring and presenting lending opportunities to our client
  • Collaborating with our client to execute lending deals
Requirements
  • Proven track record in debt origination within the corporate lending space
  • Strong network and pipeline of potential deals with publicly listed companies
  • Expertise in identifying and structuring lending opportunities, particularly in the $10-100 million range
  • Capability to conduct initial due diligence and present well-vetted opportunities
  • Global perspective, with the ability to source deals worldwide
  • Sector expertise, especially in mining, technology, and biotechnology, though all sectors are considered
