We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team in Warwick and work with multiple Lettings Agencies across the UK. This role offers a unique blend of industry-recognised professional body experience and hybrid working opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members via telephone and written communication.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions and update the membership CRM system.
  • Promote and signpost factsheets, FAQs, and guidance on legislation and policy developments.
  • Contribute to the creation of new resources for members and provide support on the completion of existing legal documents and templates.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex L&T legal queries to ensure accurate and timely handovers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Lettings, Lettings Compliance, and/or Landlord & Tenant law.
  • Ability to listen and interpret member enquiries and signpost to relevant advice.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet SLAs.
