Job Title: Customer Solutions Manager

Trilliant is seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Sales, Commercial, and Customer Solutions team, you will play a critical role in the pursuit of new business in the utility sector through the development of targeted Smart Grid solutions materials, proposals, demos, presentations, and whiteboard workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Sales and Commercial Operations to define critical customer technical requirements and help position Trilliant offerings.
  • Prospect and technically prequalify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, text messages, and emails.
  • Develop compelling field demonstration scenarios, technical presentations, and workshop materials for use with customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to obtain a deep understanding of current product capabilities and roadmap for use in demos with Sales, customers, and partners.
  • Support product evaluations at customer facilities involving product demonstrations and lab validation of core capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in the utility industry and/or Smart Grid-related experience.
  • Considerable travel to EMEA customers, conferences, and partners will be a requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless technologies and network products and software.
  • Ability to work effectively with the many different functional areas within the organization and with outside customers and partners.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines, with the capacity to work on several projects concurrently.
