As the Head of Office of the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office, including minute-taking, agenda-setting, and briefing materials preparation. You will also work closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant to ensure the diary runs smoothly.

Strategic Support

You will provide strategic support to the Chief of Staff, including advising the CEO and providing the Genomics England view to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for secretariat duties, including critical committee meetings such as the Executive Leadership Team and Risk Committee.

Data-Driven Insights

You will provide data-driven insights and advice to the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team on company-wide priorities and reporting. You will also drive key initiatives and remove obstacles, escalating risks and ensuring executive access when required.

Communication and Content Creation

You will lead commissioning and content creation for CEO presentations and critical meetings, including the Genomics England Board and meetings with important stakeholders. You will also support policy creation for the CEO Office in areas such as international engagement, corporate social responsibility, and risk management.

Qualifications and Benefits

While relevant qualifications are appreciated, we are interested in your career experience. We offer a competitive salary from £54,500 and a range of benefits, including 30 days' holiday, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, and individual learning budgets.
