Personal Assistant to CEO

This role provides comprehensive support to the CEO of a leading management consulting and data services company, dedicated to healthcare. The role is focused on organizing the CEO's time, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and providing exceptional support to the CEO's professional and personal commitments.
Carnall Farrar (CF) is a growing company that works across all aspects of the healthcare sector. We are passionate about and experts in healthcare.
The CEO of CF is a highly respected leader who sits on the Board of the Management Consulting Association and is a non-executive director at Lantum, a health technology company focused on workforce solutions. She is a visiting professor at Imperial College London and teaches on the adoption of innovations to health masters programs.
The Personal Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for:
- Proactive diary planning and management
- Supporting the Head of CEO Office to ensure the CEO's time is used effectively
- Maintaining a log of business development relationship meetings
- Preparing and planning for the CEO's client relationship meetings
- Acting with agility on changing priorities
- Forging trusted relations with key clients
- Maintaining the family calendar and scheduling appointments
- Organizing meetings and events
- Supporting the CEO with corporate policy obligations
- Providing personal support to the CEO
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a professional services environment as an executive assistant
- Experience supporting at c-suite level with personal work
- Exceptional diary management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and work quickly to tight deadlines
- Proactive, flexible, organized, and able to problem-solve
- Polite, direct, and a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Empathetic and understanding of workload pressures
- Interest in healthcare and making a social impact
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
