About the Role:

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our busy and supportive team at Wild Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in HR operations, supporting around 200 FTEs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Handle HR queries from staff in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in HR and a desire to develop an HR career.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and employees.
