HR and Talent Administrator Role

The CMA HR Division is partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in Southampton to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis, reporting to the HR Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate execution of HR and Talent activities, including employee lifecycle administration, such as onboarding, offboarding, and promotions.
  • Provide HR and Talent analytics, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate for the HR and Talent Management Team.
  • Administer recruitment, learning platforms, payroll, pensions, and employment checks.
  • Update policies, procedures, and maintain HR systems, including Bright HR, Real Time, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with all business levels to support business vision, values, and deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience or understanding of employee life cycle.
  • Good experience with Microsoft applications.
